If you are not totally delighted with your order, you have 28 days (14 for sale items) from the date of receipt to return this to us for a refund.

Returns are currently at your own cost. We recommend using a Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If you wish to exchange, please return within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and include your exchange request on your packing slip included inside your parcel. We are pleased to offer one size or style swap per UK order, free of postage charge.

 An exchange or refund will only be provided if the item(s) are in perfect condition with the original labels attached. Item(s) received in an un-saleable condition or outside of the returns timescale will be refunded to a gift card only.

*Please note, we are unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit and original shipping charges will not be refunded.*
