UK Delivery Charge
Our standard UK delivery charge for orders below £25 is £3.50, for orders over £25 is £5.95, orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to seven to 10 days.
We will usually use Royal Mail, Parcel Force or FedEx to deliver your order.
Next Day Delivery (UK only)
For our "Next Day" delivery service - place your order by 12pm and we will deliver your goods on the next working day for £7.95.
Any orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed after 12pm and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

- There is NO Express delivery option available to any European/Rest of World destination.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

If you are not totally delighted with your chosen purchase, please call or email us as soon as possible so we can try to help as best we can.
If you need to exchange your purchase, please return the item/s within 14 days of receipt. An exchange or refund will only be offered to you if the item/s is in perfect condition with all the original labelling and packaging still attached. We strongly advise you to check items purchased thoroughly on delivery before you remove any labelling and before disposing of the original packaging. We will not refund original shipping costs.
The items that you return are your responsibility until we receive them. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your item/s. We will not refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the shipping costs are at your expense. Items received after the 14 days return timescale will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
