Returns Policy
If you are not totally delighted with your chosen purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help as best we can.
If you need to exchange your purchase, please return the item/s within 14 days of receipt. An exchange or refund will only be offered to you if the item/s is in perfect condition with all the original labelling and packaging still attached.
We offer one size or style swap per order.
We strongly advise you to check items purchased thoroughly on delivery before you remove any labelling and before disposing of the original packaging. We will not refund original shipping costs.
The items that you return are your responsibility until we receive them. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your item/s.
