Returns Policy

If you are not totally delighted with your chosen purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help as best we can.

If you need to exchange your purchase, please return the item/s within 14 days of receipt. An exchange or refund will only be offered to you if the item/s is in perfect condition with all the original labelling and packaging still attached. We strongly advise you to check items purchased thoroughly on delivery before you remove any labelling and before disposing of the original packaging. We will not refund original shipping costs.

The items that you return are your responsibility until we receive them. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your item/s. We will not refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the shipping costs are at your expense. Items received after the 14 days return timescale will not be accepted for a refund, however a gift card will be issued.  The gift card can be used online or in store and doesn’t expire until spent.
