If you are not totally delighted with your order, you have 28 days (14 for sale items) from the date of receipt to return this to us for a refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed from the date this is received.

If you have a customer account, you can request your return on your orders page. Please return as per the instructions below ahead of this being approved.

Returns are currently at your own cost. We recommend using a Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
