Oh yes it has finally arrived and it does not disappoint. This seasons Darling clothing brand is here and making our rails look absolutely gorgeous there is something about Darling that puts an automatic smile on our face and gets us ready for the Spring. New Year New Collection

The time has finally arrived our new collection of our ladies boutique clothing is starting to trickle on in. The first couple of pieces to arrive are by our Vila clothing brand. Their easy to wear collections have just gotten better and better every season. Here are a couple of images of new arrivals.

New Footwear

We have had a wonderful drop of our new winter boots and they are amazing. You can wear them 2 different ways each way just as gorgeous as the other. The sheerling lining is so soft and ever so stylish, but what makes them better is that they keep your feet ever so cosy through those cold winter months.

We also have a gorgeous pair of silver ballet pumps also arriving with us. Just like the leopard we had here, they are also destined to be a hot seller.

'Baby it's cold outside'

We have just received a wonderful drop from Avoca Anthology, which included their absolutely fabulous knee high socks.

Not only are they great for giving your outfit an extra wow factor they also incredibly warm. We here at Law and Company snap up every single colour to pair with the majority of our winter wardrobes. The only problem you will have is trying to choose your favourite.

Our Wedding List Service

Along time ago, one of my friends, who loved my shop, thought it would be such a good idea if she could choose from everything in the shop for her Wedding List.

Well, we did it & it was an enormous success. Years on and we are still offering this service. Its a great chance to get some really unusual things on your list. Most of our couples still have a list with one of the usual suspects (John Lewis etc) but our list compliments them well.

Not only can you choose from whats in store at that time of writing your list, you can browse through our catalogues at the shop and pick away to your hearts content!

These are some of the choices on recent couples lists ...

Not only can you have your list with us, but love helping with all the finishing touches too! How romantic to have hundreds of tlights scattered around the tables at the reception ... and how this would compliment a winter wedding too ...

Back By Popular Demand ... Vila Jeans

HAPPY SUMMER TIME EVERYONE XXX

These super slimming jeans walked out the door the last time we had them. They are available in 32" leg and 34" . I think they come up a little smaller than the previous ones, mainly because the denim is not quite as thin or stretchy. So if you got them last time, just choose another size. However these are far superior & they need to be seen. Check them out on our website.

Menswear Now Available At The Shop & On Our Website!

This is a fabulous Danish brand that is filling our rails at the shop. Our launch of this new area at the shop has been a great success and we are thrilled with how things are going. We have been seeing lots of men, of all ages, everyone enjoying our choices.

Our other areas, have not been neglected though, the shop is as pretty as a picture.

Busy Day In London Town

I love visiting London for my buying trips. Today I visited the showroom that looks after the Avoca Anthology Collection. Avoca is an Irish label, they have fabulous boutiques in Ireland that sell all sorts of things! The style is fresh, happy and always colourful! I have found some lovely things for autumn this year and hate to wish time away but seriously cannot wait for it all. I personally adored a cape that we have ordered, in a blush colour with a bow detail on the left shoulder .... stunning, take my word for it! Deliveries will begin late August....

Too long too wait? I know its torture seeing it all so far in advance!!!! But don't worry, if you are wondering how you can feel as happy as Avoca made me feel today ... the Spring Collection is on its way to the shop and should be with us any day now ..... here is a taster!!!!

The feel and look of Avoca makes everyone happy. This camisole has a cake print all over and would look great with blue jeans, converse pumps & a little lip gloss .... keep it simple.

I also managed to fit in a whizz round a children's exhibition today too .... I was desperate to find a new brand for babies & children. Up and down the aisles I went ..... and there it was .... absolute perfection. If I were a clothing designer this is what I would design (in my dreams) ....

Pastel colours, attention to detail, beautiful & feminine ..... all my wishes came true today. I viewed the autumn winter collection but am hopefully going to be able to grab some for spring..... watch this space. However, I couldn't not give you a little tempter....

The entire collection is pretty & perfect just as you would want your little girl to look .... heaven xxx

I cannot wait for you to see all this loveliness!!!!!!

Happy New Year To You All

Its sale time at the shop now and everything is flying out. All our new collections that we chose an age ago are arriving and we are getting giddy waiting for the delivery from Darling. This was a stunning collection of pretty dresses & tops ...we loved it so much we were buying lots of styles in all colours available. Darling is a British company and is exactly what we are all about.

Stow-on-the-Wold is warm with us ...

Lovely, snuggly, winter. Is definitely here! As much as we have had a little snow, it really isn't bad. The roads are all clear and the sun is shining.

I just love these Tutus that have arrived at the shop today. They are just super cute!!!!!!!.

Brilliant for a little girl to dress up and pretend she is a Princess!

Totally changing the subject, I was recommended to try the Trilogy Rosehip Oil and I am loving it!!!!! Its for delaying the signs of ageing and is celebrity endorsed ... but its Organic and so far so good .... my skin looks so much better! Anyway .... time will tell ... New Vila Jeans arrive ... check mine out!

We have had some lovely soaps arrive this week from France and they smell divine ...Also new in are the Vila Jeans, such a great fit ... not on the website yet but are at the shop! Come and see for yourself. They are an absolute beauty of a price £37.95!! They are a slight boot cut.

oh "Darling" !

I love the summer but I love the autumn/winter wardrobe more!!!! It seems more dressed up to me for some reason ... all the layers, the boots & accessories. We had a fabulous delivery at the shop of the new Darling Collection this week and every rail is now fit to burst of all their creations. The feel is always vintage with Darling, but wearable vintage in my opinion.

Also this week I have been out buying ... mostly for Christmas! I found so many fabulous things for the home that are so tasteful & will actually be lovely all year round. I'm such a practical old thing - using something just for Christmas doesn't appeal as much as something wonderful I can enjoy all year round!

The new website is in its final testing stages and I am so delighted with the way its all looking. My wonderful designer Carys has created something so perfect! I hope you will agree once its here!!!!
